MOVE YOUR BODY.
After over 15 years in the fitness industry working at elite health clubs I opened my own business to address the gap between mental and physical health.
I’m Kris, a Personal Trainer and Human Movement Practitioner which means understanding the biomechanics of the human body is my speciality. The personal training programmes I offer are based on four core principles; Strength, Stability, Movement and Cardiovascular training. In addition I always work in a way that supports the healthy function of the nervous system. When it comes to health, you can’t separate the mind and body, they’re part of the same systems yet so often the physical exercise people do is actually to the detriment of their overall health.
In 2022 I joined forces with my wife, Rachel, who offers our bespoke MIND services. As a qualified coach and hypnotherapist she works with our clients to radically change their mindset and consequently their life. As well as working with clients 1-1 she also runs our studio meditation circles and events, check out our social media for more details on what’s on!

We work with people who want to create a long-lasting change in their life by investing in a well body and mind. I’m Rachel and I know first hand how hard it can be to make a change in your life when your mind is holding you in unhelpful patterns. The approach I’ve developed brings together the very best of the skills I’ve acquired over the last 12 years and I know it works because I’ve used these techniques myself to radically change my own self-concept and reprogram my mind.
As a certified coach, hypnotherapist and hypnobirthing teacher with over 10 years of experience in meditative techniques I now work at both a conscious and unconscious level to address the root of issues whilst teaching techniques to help in the here and now. Whether you join me in one of our monthly group relaxation sessions or see me 1-1 you’ll leave feeling empowered in the here and now and your subconscious mind free of the limiting beliefs and negative thoughts that have been holding you back.
