  • We all have a more dominant side, the side of your body you lead with, use more often and put to the test. Injury occurs when these imbalances go unaddressed.

    We complete a range of diagnostics to understand your imbalances and work to strengthen the weaknesses we identify before they lead to injury.

  • If you’re recovering from illness or suffering from pain, limited mobility or injury either from sport or everyday life we can help.

    As a Human Movement Practitioner we conduct a full movement assessment to get to the root cause of your pain and create a bespoke programme of corrective exercise to resolve it and prevent further damage.

  • We integrate the benefits of reformer pilates into many of our training sessions as well as offering dedicated appointments on the reformer. So, whether you book a stand-alone reformer session or use the equipment as part of a your personal training session you’ll feel the benefits.

    Reformer pilates is limitless in terms of exercises and works with spring tension and a moving chariot to develop strength, stability and flexibility as well as improve posture.

  • We complete a full movement assessment to identify imbalances in the body specifically in relation to your chosen sport. We formulate a programme of exercise to compliment their existing sports commitments addressing these imbalances, building strength and therefore improving overall performance.

    Many of our youth clients have gone on to play internationally including international scholarship and, with our online programmes, we continue to support their journey wherever they are.

  • We specialise in human movement and that means we think differently.

    There’s no ‘one size fits all’ here and the exercises we prescribe are not just about looking good they actually have a purpose. We want your body to be working optimally now and for many years to come so our strength and conditioning training is based on longevity at the core.

  • Not all of our clients are able to visit our studio but, after initital assessment, we can build a program that fits around your lifestyle. You don’t need loads of equipment to have a healthy, fit body and mind all you need is an internet connection.
