Diets give us the ‘how to’ but they don’t address the underlying self-beliefs that drive our behaviours. In these sessions we activate both the conscious and subconscious mind to manifest changes in both your body and mind.

  • Is there a food or drink you’d like to give up but can’t? Have you tried diets but they don’t work in the long-term? Hypnotherapy can help.

    Hypnotherapy is a deeply relaxing experience in which you can detatch from all of the noise of your conscious mind. Whilst completely relaxed your subconscious mind is open to reprogramming the unhelpful beliefs that are driving your behaviour.

    A minimum of two sessions are usually required.

  • We don’t give our clients meals plans we give them the tools they need to fall in love with movement, let go of shame and build a strong, flexible body for life not just for summer.

  • We can produce bespoke audio so you can listen in your own time.
